On-Time Delivery
We assure a timely delivery as agreed with our customers. If shipments are delayed under uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. severe weather conditions, critical delay from manufacturers, etc.) we will inform our customers in advance.

If the delay is more than 1 week, we allow our customers to cancel or amend their orders.
Additional Payment Method
Besides bank transfer (TT), we also accept payment via Western Union. It serves as alternative to save bank charges and shorten balance settlement time for small amount payment.
Guaranteed Original Products
As a member of SD Association and having connections with vendors of legitimate sources, out goods that put in sales are original and authentic.
Varieties of Shipment Channel
We offer forwarding services via EMS/UPS/DHL/FedEx for customers who purchase our goods under EX-Work Hong Kong trade term.
Warranty and Fast RMA process
All products we sell come with original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. All RMA processes will be finished within 3 weeks upon receipt of returned goods. We will refund base on market prices if the process takes longer than 3 weeks.
